SLOW LIVING

A WEEK LONG JOURNEY

GOZO ISLAND

THE                             OFFERING

Are you ready to take a sacred pause from your life and enter into a deeper connection with yourself?

This is a retreat to disconnect from the thinking mind and reconnect with the inherent wisdom of your body.

Are you willing to allow yourself to be seen, held and supported in your most authentic expression?

On a retreat at Samudra you will enter into a community, where we learn to communicate from the heart and co-create a shared healing experience.

Can you sit with what is uncomfortable and allow your fears to be met with compassion and deep self-love?

This retreat opens the door to the shadow realm, where you are invited to meet all parts of yourself with loving kindness and self acceptance.

Can you remove the armour around your heart and give yourself permission to feel and express your truth?

This immersion is a journey into your heart, where you will be invited to feel the depths of your sacred Self and come home to the light within you.

THE

EXPERIENCE

Join our Samudra Community for this week long immersion, out of the mind and into the body, from disconnection to the place of real connection.

We will hold you in our safe space as we journey together through a transformational experience, expressing our fears and collapsing limited beliefs, pathing a new way forward towards radical truth, acceptance and expansion.

Individual Therapies

Your retreat includes three individual therapies specifically designed for your unique healing journey. Our facilitators will create a nurturing 1:1 container with you to journey deep into your own self. We are all carrying trauma that is trapped within our body, mind and energy that prevents us from being in our true self.  To access the whole self your three therapies will include bodywork (massage/somatic healing) energy work (reiki/energy healing) and subconscious healing (tarot/access bars.)

Educational Workshops

Samudra is a space for exploration and learning. We will provide you with soulful and educational workshops during the retreat to further your understanding of holistic healing, ancient spiritual teachings and energy medicine. There is a space here for asking all of the big questions, to open up the mind, and discover what we are really doing here in this human body on Earth. You will receive tools to take with you to continue your practices at home.

Community Experience

We are designed as human beings to experience intimacy and connection. It is through relating with one another that our healing journey deepens. Here at Samudra we bring you back to the roots of the human experience - sharing, learning and creating together. When you join a retreat at Samudra you become part of our community, our tribe, our family. Through telling our stories in safe spaces and being held in our authentic expression we are able to co-create a peaceful life for all of us.

Embodiment Practices

Slow Living is an invitation to get out of the mind and into the body, into the breath, down deep into the heart. To connect back with your true self - the only way is in. We need to feel, express and move what has been suppressed inside the body in order to heal and move forward. We will guide you back to this place of presence through embodiment practices of yoga, chi gong, breath-work, dance, sound healing, emotional release, Yoga Nidra, cacao ceremony and voice circles.

Healing Foods

On retreat our in-house chef will provide a diverse menu of dishes that will hopefully inspire and enhance your experience here. Filled with plant-based goodness, using local and organic produce when available, your meals at Samudra will be a healing experience in itself. When we allow food to be our medicine we learn to cultivate a healthy relationship with food which enables us to live a happier, longer and more peaceful life.

Samudra Evolution

The community doesn’t end when you leave the retreat. You are invited into our ever growing online community, where we connect retreat guests from all continents across the world. Within this community there will be online zoom calls where you are invited to continue your journey alongside the global Samudra community through online zoom meetings for inspiration, practice and connection.

SLOW

LIVING

Slow Living is a concept where we are living in harmony with the natural flow and rhythm of nature, living in presence and simplicity. Living moment to moment, accepting and opening to each experience along the journey.

In this way of living we find ourselves accessing a deeper layer of life experience, as we live from our true authentic self. A slow lived life enables us to have meaningful relationships and a real understanding of our life purpose. Here we live from the heart, receiving pure happiness not from material wealth, but from the space of real authentic connection.

Living this conscious lifestyle does not mean we are separate from the shadow and pain of life, it just means we are able to accept it easily and embrace the full spectrum of this life experience with more ease and grace.

The intention of this retreat is to provide for you a space to journey into a slow lived life. To reconnect with your most authentic self, living from your heart and expression of your truth.

The Slow Living Retreat is a week-long immersion available all year round.
