SLOW LIVING

A WEEK LONG JOURNEY

GOZO ISLAND

RHYTHM OF

NATURE

Slow Living is a concept where we are connected to the natural rhythm of our own body, aligned with the pace of nature herself.

To take a pause from the external world, and to be present with stillness.

Stillness does not necessarily mean sitting still, it is a stillness found within, where we begin to listen to the inner humming of our own truth. A space where we learn to connect to our body and learn how to feel.

We live our lives very much in the mind, creating anxiety, stress, overwhelm, confusion and disconnection. Slow Living takes us out of the mind and into the body where we can make space to feel, express and transform all that has been stagnant and stuck, accessing our most authentic Self.

The Slow Living Retreat is a week-long immersion available all year round.

Personal Therapies We Offer On Retreat

Hands on bodywork releases accumulated stress, tension, rebalances the nervous system and releases deeply held emotions that have been stored within the body. Our massage therapists combine their wisdom and experience in both eastern and western massage modalities including Thai Massage, Swedish Deep Tissue, Lomi-Lomi Hawaiian and Mayan Ceremonial Bodywork. You will receive a 90 minute personally tailored massage treatment to bring your body back into balance.

Reiki is another word for universal life force energy, prana or chi. Originating from Japan, this healing technique transmits universal life force energy to your energy body, returning your main energy centres to balance. In this meditative experience you will be guided back towards your most authentic Self as Reiki invites you to connect with your inherent intuitive wisdom. You will receive a 60 minute Reiki treatment to relax, soothe and give you a powerful energetic cleanse.

The answers we seek for our healing are not found in the logical part of our minds as here we try to fix problems and use linear thinking. What we are searching for is held within the deeper layers of our mind, where knowledge is intuitively understood and felt. Tarot is an ancient divination tool that mirrors back to you the depths of your subconscious mind connecting you to your true potential beyond the illusions of this 3D realm. You will receive a 60 minute in depth Tarot Reading to guide you on your path to connecting with your truth.

  • Whilst we do welcome many guests with anxiety, depression and recovering illnesses we are not a retreat that claims to heal any illnesses or injuries. We are very welcoming to all guests wishing to take a step in their healing process. We take a holistic approach towards healing and our trained team will assist your recovery. However, if you are seeking to heal a specific concern please contact a doctor/healthcare advisor.
